Summary
As a Production Specialist at Wolkerstorfer Company, Inc., you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team located just north of Minneapolis. We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Production Support Specialist to join our team. Your main duties will include:
- Cleaning and scrubbing large industrial tanks
- Sweeping and cleaning floors, walls, and production areas
- Organizing a variety of supplies
- Assisting with unloading deliveries and putting packages away
- Changing filters within the paint booths
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in production areas
- Ensure all cleaning tanks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Assist with inventory management and organization of supplies
- Support the team with unloading and storing deliveries
- Change filters within the paint booths as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects (up to 50#)
- Ability to work on and around ladders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Forklift certification or experience is beneficial but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role or industrial setting
- Ability to follow processes and procedures

Other Details:
- First shift. Monday - Thursday 7:00 - 4:30, Friday 7:00 - 11:00 (Three day weekends!)
- Full time.
