This position is 100% on-site at our Brookfield, WI location. The work hours fall between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday. As a Parts Counterperson I, you will work in both our warehouse and office, so you must be comfortable operating in both environments.
What You'll Do:
- Be the Hero: Take calls and assist customers (both internal and external) in identifying and securing the parts they need.
- Problem Solver: If a part isn’t in stock, you’ll know exactly where to find it and get it ordered quickly.
- Tech Savvy: Use your computer skills to place requisitions, pull parts from stock, and prepare quotes that close deals.
- Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with our sales and service teams to ensure every customer is satisfied and every technician has what they need to get the job done.
- Inventory Guru: Help manage our parts inventory, from the shelves in the store to the road vans on the go.
