Be ready to explain your processes, role, and outcomes.Minimal travel required (less than 20%)Must be legally authorized to work in the USASkills : Wireframing : Intermediate skills in creating detailed wireframes and user flows.Prototyping : Ability to create complex interactive prototypes in Figma that effectively communicate design concepts.User Research : Competence in conducting user research and synthesizing findings.Iteration : Skills in iterating design solutions based on user feedback and prototype testing outcomes.Collaboration : Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including working with developers to support implementation of designs.Presentation : Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.Design Systems : Knowledge of using and maintaining design systems.Responsibilities : Create user flows, storyboards, low-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes with moderate supervision.Develop high-fidelity designs in Figma based on user research, design systems, and developer feedback.
