About the Role :
Join our team as a User Experience Designer, where you'll create low and high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes under the guidance of Lead and Senior UX Designers. You'll also contribute to user research and prototype testing efforts. This role offers opportunities to enhance your skills and collaborate with cross-functional teams. If you're passionate about understanding customers and influencing product and design decisions, this is the role for you.
Hybrid : Eight days a month we come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Lead UX Designer and work under the leadership of the Director, CX / UX Design with the BU of DXG | UX / CX COE - Wolters Kluwer DXG U.S., Inc.
Required Job Qualifications :
- 1-4 years experience as a UX Designer
- Proficient in interaction and visual interface design
- Experience designing complex applications for professionals
- Proficient in Figma
- Have an online portfolio showcasing your abilities. Be ready to explain your processes, role, and outcomes.
- Minimal travel required (less than 20%)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
