What You'll be Doing:
As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, your role involves advanced sales activities, utilizing specialized skills to handle non-standard sales problems. You will evaluate sales inquiries more critically and offer tailored solutions to customers, improving the overall sales process and outcomes.
Key Tasks:
- Handle complex and multifaceted inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Evaluate and process high-value customer orders.
- Maintain comprehensive and detailed prospect records.
- Identify and qualify high-potential sales leads.
- Record and analyze detailed sales activities.
- Prepare and present sophisticated sales quotes and proposals.
- Resolve complex prospect issues with products and services.
- Coordinate with other departments for large orders.
- Support strategic sales initiatives and projects.
- Mentor junior associates and provide guidance.
You're a Great Fit if You Have/Can:
- A bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting) and/or a minimum of 1 years of corporate business-to-business sales experience within the software or finance industry
