Job Title:
Senior Software Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Deliver multi-tier SaaS solutions on-time with high quality that delight customers
- Lead Agile Teams, managers, architects, RTEs, and Scrum Masters
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and product delivery goals
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement quality up-front initiatives to meet quality improvement and process improvement goals
- Ship high-quality products on time and manage projects and Agile Teams
- Lead and collaborate with team members and other Agile teams across CST and IST time zones
Leadership and Communication
- Communicate professionally with less-experienced staff, peers, senior staff, and internal or external customers
- Demonstrate active listening skills
- Communicate project plans, goals, and status to other work units
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering degree, or relevant work experience
- 7 years of experience managing Agile teams, particularly Scrum teams using the Microsoft technology stack
- Experience designing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing cross-team product development initiatives
