Based in the corporate headquarters in Dearborn, MI, the Entry - level HR Generalist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Support multi-facet Human Resources (HR) functions leading employee relations, as well as payroll, recruitment, compliance, and performance management. About The Role

What you"ll do
- Maintain excellent relationships with both direct business partners and peripheral departments
- Conduct employee investigations to address employee concerns
- Support organizational analysis or change, including drafting organizational charts and making recommendations for optimal organization solutions
- Be the backup support for payroll as required
- Support individual development plan activities, support and coach the managers on how to work with their employees proactively about performance
- Maintain and communicate out on key HR metrics and reports
- Maintain employee data in HRIS System and personnel files
- Recommend, coordinate, and track applicable training to ensure compliance with ISO-9000-2001 and TS-16949 standards, as well as added value technical or soft skills
- Support performance functions including annual performance review process, performance improvement plans, etc.
- Manage local recruitment cycle from sourcing to on-boarding for all local positions
- Proactively make recommendations to improve HR operations and value added to business operations
- Administrative responsibilities for both executives and staff as required
- Additional responsibilities and assignment to be assigned as needed by management
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Exceptional employee relation skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills required
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and project prioritization skills required
- Ability to connect well within a matrix organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, and any relevant HR systems such as Talent Acquisition Software, HRIS, etc.
