Underground Production

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE: Safely and efficiently perform all underground and surface production activities as directed. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE AN UNDERGROUND PRODUCTION WORKER AT SKYLINE MINE As a new Underground Hourly Production team member at Wolverine Fuels, you can expect to work 12-hour shifts on a four-on, four-off schedule. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with underground construction operations, operating equipment, and performing general labor tasks. You will rotate between day and graveyard shifts on a monthly basis to ensure a well-rounded experience and exposure to different work environments. PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: To excel in the Underground Hourly Production position at Wolverine Fuels, candidates must possess essential skills and qualifications. One requirement is the completion of the MSHA 32-hour underground training to ensure a strong understanding of safety protocols in the mining industry. Additionally, the ability to operate construction equipment, follow instructions accurately, and work effectively in a team are crucial for success in this role. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks. Industrial/mining experience preferred.
