Description
The mission of the Administrative Assistant is “Helping Children and Families to be Victors.”
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform office tasks and related duties as assigned by a supervisor.
• Prepare correspondence that may include applications, letters, memos, reports, meeting minutes, and
incident reports.
• Monitor creation and maintenance of case files.
• Serve as contact for monitoring, requesting, and receipt of missing case file information.
• Assist with a variety of Child Welfare Licensing reports
• Establish and maintain an organizational monitoring system.
• Contribute to the governing entities and accreditation processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in WHS technology platforms and applications.
• Participate/attend and complete all required contractual, licensing, and agency training successfully.
• Function as a mandated reporter, as required by Michigan Child Protection Law.
• Attend all required meetings.
• Other duties, as assigned.
USUAL TIME INVOLVEMENT
Full or Part Time: This is a non-exempt position.

Executive Administrative Assistant
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 1 year of clerical and administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
