Uphold all HR and licensing compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards for the organization.

o Function as a mandated reporter, as required by Michigan Child Protection Law.

Coordinate with Staff Development Team to ensure training and development requirements are met via Paycor.

Participate in all required meetings.

Execute and audit the provision of appropriate therapeutic treatment and clinical case management in alignment with optimal clinical practices, institutional policies, state licensing regulations, and accreditation standards.

o Conduct and assess personalized Cognitive Behavioral Theory-oriented therapy for assigned clients, tailored to their unique needs in individual, group, and family settings.

o Ensure a thorough understanding of all client treatment plans and consistently adhere to their implementation.

o Ensure a thorough understanding of all client safety plans and consistently adhere to their implementation.

o Role model the use of client-centered interventions.

o Ensure all CBT and CPI criteria are maintained

o Ensure all client interactions are Trauma informed

o Provide flexibility and adapt schedules for optimal client therapeutic treatment and clinical services

Review medical waivers, incident reports, safety plans, client logs, and other pertinent internal communications pertaining to assigned clients and groups at the start of each shift.

Accurately complete and submit all logs, reports, documentation, and incident reports in a timely manner, ensuring they are finalized by the end of the shift with all information submitted to the appropriate supervisor at the end of the shift.

o Coordinate information and communication to appropriate departments via associated systems (i.e., email, Paycor, Salesforce, SharePoint)

o Maintain comprehensive client records and court-related documentation, adhering to the requirements set forth by funding entities, licensing regulations, and accreditation standards.

Other duties, as assigned

Masters degree from an accredited school of Human Behavioral Sciences such as Social Work or Psychology required.

Current Licensure as specified within the State of Michigans licensing and contractual rules and expectations required

Physical health adequate for performance of work.

Possess a working knowledge of group dynamics in a residential setting, along with familiarity in behavior modification techniques and point-based reward systems.

Possess a working knowledge of family dynamics in a community setting, along with familiarity in family reintegration strategies for client transitions back to their community.

Demonstrates a profound depth of expertise in deploying clinical social work assessment and intervention methodologies within the context of youth-focused, therapeutic residential programs.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the social service sector, including the array of programs and services offered across various agencies. Demonstrates familiarity with family court systems and the interagency coordination required for effective service delivery. Maintains a working knowledge of state licensing requirements and their application within the context of specific program operations within the industry.
