Manages the external production process, ensuring the successful execution of advertising projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Primary Duties
- Manage the end-to-end production process for external campaigns, from pre-production planning to post-production and delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal brand teams, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth and collaborative production experience.
- Manage relationships with external production partners for all aspects of production to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality content.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop project timelines and budgets and ensure that all projects are executed according to plan.
- Run and communicate overall project timelines, project deliverable types, and resourcing and budgeting needs.
- Coordinate upload and management of delivered assets with the studio team.
- Facilitate asset requests from global, regional and cross-functional partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the work remains competitive and efficient.
- Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Production or equivalent work experience.
- 5-6 years of agency production experience – including film shoots and photoshoots.
- Proven experience in advertising production management, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality advertising content.
- Advanced understanding of creative process and how to successfully navigate the work through pre- and post-production.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Effective small group presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Established relationships with proven production partners and Midwest reps.
