What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant - Hospital Administration position at Woman's Hospital?
The Executive Assistant provides executive administrative support for designated senior executives and assists other Executive Assistants in performing their tasks. May assist other executives as needed. Ensures timely, effective and efficient assistance of leaders by providing proactive support, superior organizational and problem-solving skills, and managing organizational interactions at all levels, both internally and externally. Functions as the first line greeter/receptionist for external visitors to the administrative suite.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required, some college preferred
- Completion of two years of secretarial course in college or vocational-technical school (3 years equivalent experience may be substituted).
- Requires a minimum of 2 years’ senior level secretarial experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provides executive administrative support for designated senior executives (SVP/Chief Development & Strategy Officer; SVP/Chief HR Officer; VP Marketing & Communications)
- Provides support for meetings, including preparation of notices, reports, and meeting materials.
- Composes, proofreads and edits letters, reports and presentations as directed.
- Answers telephone calls promptly and courteously; screens calls and routes to appropriate person, if needed. Determines if correspondence or follow-up is needed.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range:
Hourly/Non-Exempt
$20.82 - $33.00
