Women In Charge is a small business in St. Louis, MO. We are supportive, collaborative, rewarding and our goal is to offer Adult Education and Literacy instruction, HiSET preparation, and evening English Language classes free of charge.

Duties:
- Oversee day to day operations of the ESL program
- Recruit and manage scheduling of volunteers
- Provide support to volunteer instructors in the use of learning technology
- Assist in the development of curriculum materials and resources
- Collect, analyze data, and update student/volunteer database
- Manage classroom activities and oversee test administration
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language a plus (Spanish preferred)
- Experience working closely with volunteers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment
