This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts, conducting root-cause analyses, and working with the warehouse team to define processes that eliminate errors.

We are searching for a mission-driven mechanical engineering leader to join our thermal battery engineering team to deliver zero-carbon industrial heat and power with our solid state thermal battery. You will lead our mechanical engineering design team to scope, define, design, model, prototype, validate, and iterate the design of Antora’s thermal battery products. Your work will directly impact removal of more than 30% of the world’s carbon emissions produced by heavy industry.
Document Control Specialist
As the Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining document transmittals, records, and systems for Antora’s first commercial scale projects. You will ensure all involved parties across Antora, Antora’s customers, Antora’s supply chain partners, EPC partners, project financiers, insurers, and authorities-having-jurisdiction receive accurate and timely project documentation spanning across equipment specifications & drawings and issued-for-review/bid/construction packages.
Head of Balance of Plant Engineering
The Head of Plant Engineering will be responsible for the design of Antora’s balance of plant – a critical system required for successful deployment and operation of Antora’s Thermal Energy Storage technology. They will work closely with Antora’s modular thermal energy storage team as well as our external EPC partners from both a fundamental first-principles approach as well at the detailed design level. This position will set the direction and strategy for Antora’s plant engineering efforts which include design, testing, reliability, and cost reduction. Starting with development of accurate cost and schedule estimates, the Head of Projects will build a team that will manage execution of concurrent $50-250M projects across the United States through Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Commercial Operating Date. They will work closely with Antora’s commercial and finance team during the project development phase through Final Investment Decision and Notice to Proceed, and with Antora’s Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams in all phases of their work. They will also represent Antora to customers and EPC contractors. The Head of Projects will be accountable for project execution including cost, schedule, and build quality.
