What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Officer 40E position at Women & Infants Hospital?
Job Summary: The Lead Officer protects the security interests of the Hospital by policing buildings and grounds, performing security checks on property, and investigating security issues. Performs administrative functions, such as preparing reports, issuing badges and assigning parking spaces, and represents department in absence of supervisor. Responsible for scheduling, supervising and directing other Officers. Performs other job-related duties, such as escorting personnel and assisting other Hospital departments on security issues.
Specifications: High school graduate with a valid and current State drivers license with Class I designation (chauffeur's license) required. Must possess strong interpersonal, leadership and communications skills with ability to write clear and concise reports. Must be fluent in the English language with fluency in a second language desirable.
