About Women's Audio Mission : Women’s Audio Mission (WAM) is a San Francisco-based nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of women and gender-expansive individuals in music production and the recording arts. WAM uses music and media to attract women, girls, and gender-expansive individuals to music technology studies and careers. Founded in 2003, WAM serves school partners across three school districts and includes recording studios in San Francisco and an educational lab space in Oakland.
Compensation Range : $25 to $35 per hour
- Years of experience and technical skills determine salary and placement in job level I, II, or III
Work Location : In-Person @ San Francisco Offices / Lab (447 Minna Street) and studios (544 Natoma Street) and partner schools across the Bay Area
