We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. About the Role:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to patient services, appointment scheduling, insurance inquiries, and general healthcare-related questions. You will act as the first point of contact for patients and ensure their experience is positive, efficient, and aligned with our healthcare services standards. This is a full-time opportunity working remotely after an initial in office training period, time amount dependent on candidate. The position has an expectation of 40hrs per week and we are proud to offer attractive pay and a great benefits package.
What will you do:
- Answer inbound calls from new and established patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide information regarding healthcare services, appointment availability, insurance coverage, and billing inquiries.
- Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, ensuring that accurate information is recorded.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a calm and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.
- Assist patients with portal registration and access.
What do you need to bring to the role:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year of call center experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and call center software (CRM experience is a plus).
