Women’s Care, founded in 1998, is a leading women’s healthcare group in the United States, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond. With 100 locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the visionary design and execution of creative projects across Women’s Care. They will partner with various departments and levels in the organization to produce content and assets across multiple channels.
- As the lead creative resource, manage and execute all aspects of design projects, including, but not limited to digital, collateral, Signage, advertising, etc.
- Receive creative requests, provide vision and guidance, and create high-quality graphic design assets with supporting content creation across multiple channels in the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor on best practices including maintaining brand and ensuring marketing and communications standards.
- Manage outsourced vendors to deliver projects that are within budget and on schedule.
- Work cross-functionally with other partners within department and across the organization to deliver design solutions and collateral.
- Assists with website design projects.
- Generate fresh concepts that align with brand identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrates and embodies the Women’s Care mission and core values.
- Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years’ experience in graphic design.
- Must have experience with a healthcare organization.
- Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Express. Other design tools like Canva, Figma or Fondue are a plus.
- Able to interact with all levels in the business.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
