• Banner Gateway Medical Center

• Hospitalist Onsite
• Level II NICU
• 4,000 deliveries annually
• 13 L&D Rooms
• MFM onsite
• Anesthesia is in-house

Qualifications

• MD/DO 
• Unrestricted State Medical License
• Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)
• Completion of ACGME OBGYN Residency
• Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
• BLS

Salary : $3,500
