Requirements:
">- MD/DO Degree ">
- Unrestricted State Medical License ">
- Unrestricted DEA License or Ability to Obtain ">
- OB-GYN Board Certification (ABOG, AOBOG) ">
- Board Certification Required Within 5 Years of Eligibility ">
- BLS Certification ">
