Responsibilities:
-Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
-Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
-Confirm patient appointments for next clinic day
-Process patients’ paperwork, ensuring all fields and data is obtained
-Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays
-Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
-Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
-Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
-Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality - Maintain a clean reception area
Qualifications:
-Previous experience working in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
