Job Title: Executive Operations Manager (Volunteer-to-Paid Position)

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-Time (Initial Volunteer Role, Transition to Paid)

About Women’s Launch Network (WLN):

WLN is a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs to start, grow, and scale their businesses. We provide grant funding, professional connections, and business education to women at every stage of their entrepreneurial journey. We’re more than just a network; we are a supportive community focused on success through connection, growth, and learning.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and strategic Executive Operations Manager who wholeheartedly believes in WLN’s mission and is excited to help shape the future of this organization. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, gaining direct experience in strategic planning, network building, and organizational management. You will be an essential part of WLN’s core team, acting as the right hand to the CEO in all things, and playing a key role in ensuring that the organization runs smoothly.

While this is an unpaid volunteer position initially, we aim to transition this role into a paid position as soon as WLN secures funding. Your work and dedication to this role will be instrumental in making that happen!

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the CEO on strategic planning, organizational tasks, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in managing communications, schedules, and priorities for the CEO.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of WLN by taking ownership of administrative tasks and projects.
  • Play a vital role in coordinating meetings, events, and key initiatives.
  • Leverage your excellent communication skills to connect with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be part of a growing network of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and experts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong believer in WLN’s mission to empower women entrepreneurs.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to strategically plan and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and get things done.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Familiarity with tech tools (email management, scheduling software, project management platforms) is a plus.

Time Commitment:

  • Time commitment is flexible and will be discussed during the interview process. Currently, it may range from 20-25 hours per week.

Incentives and Opportunities for Growth:

  • The role will transition to a paid position once funding is secured.
  • You will gain invaluable experience working directly with the CEO of a growing organization.
  • Access to WLN’s network of entrepreneurs, mentors, and experts, which can open doors for your professional development.
  • Opportunity to develop leadership and project management skills while working in a dynamic, supportive environment.
  • Be part of something meaningful and help build a lasting legacy.

Culture:

We value creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to making a positive impact. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for empowering women and is eager to contribute to a culture of innovation and inclusivity.

How to Apply:
