We help companies understand the value of gender diversity and commit them to implementing change. We are searching for our next CEO who will bring inspired leadership for years to come. Given the importance of the position to WLI’s planned growth and future success, the ideal candidate will bring the following background and experience:
Role and Domain Experience
- Experience as a senior leader in either a non-profit or private enterprise with partnership and sponsorship expertise
- Successful track record growing an organization through partnerships and community outreach
- Experience with a sponsor-based revenue business model
- Prior experience in fundraising, sponsorship, nonprofit management or tangential markets
- Experience leveraging formal board governance structure and communication resulting in improved decision-making, increased accountability, and enhanced organization effectiveness
Successful track record of developing and executing growth initiatives to effectively scale
- Strong marketing orientation with a background in sales or marketing
- Experience implementing the operational infrastructure for growth (people, process, technology)
Cultivate a high-performance environment, marked by exceptional talent and collaboration
- Align the executive board, advisory team and key sponsors around key strategies and the operational plan
- Provide motivational leadership and coaching across a diverse spectrum of advisors, partners, team and program participants
- Serve as a role model and ambassador, demonstrating behaviors which encourage executives and participants to proactively leverage each other’s support and expertise
- Successfully recruit and onboard high contributing advisors and retain and engage current advisors
Drive continual improvement across WLI’s various initiatives and sponsorships
- Align all income streams to drive sustainable performance
- Be accountable for operational initiatives
- Energetically promote WLI’s strategy and plans, driving understanding and adoption
- Establish measurable goals and milestones and continually evaluate performance against standards and objectives
