What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at Womens Imaging Specialists?
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR systems and reporting, analysis tools and techniques
Perform recruitment activities such as job postings, arranging interviews, managing recruitment folders, and maintaining applicant flow; perform activities related to pre and post hire for open positions and selected candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to ascertain correct job description
Acts as a point of contact for employee inquiries on pay, benefits and general information requests
Provide appropriate balance between employee advocacy and responsibility to act as a business partner in advising management on effective ways to resolve employee issues
Champions a positive work environment by establishing strong relationships with management team and employees
Coach and develop business partners in the areas of performance management and talent development
Supports company-wide initiatives to improve the employee experience
Support and coordinate new-employee orientation
Ensure maintenance of employee personnel records
Provide support with maintenance and accuracy of the time and attendance system.
Administer employee separation process and coordinate exit interview.
Assist with the development and facilitation of various training initiatives predicated on business needs and corporate goals
Implement and monitor HR compliance with corporate policy, HR systems, and applicable federal / state law and collective bargaining agreements
Responsible for coaching and / or counseling managers and associates when addressing employee relations issues
Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with law and maintain record keeping to support legal and regulatory agency compliance
Facilitate training and rollout of HR and transformational initiatives
Requirements
Must be a high school graduate
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
3-5 years medical office or healthcare company experience
2 years recruiting experience
Expert with Indeed and Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
