Job Title : Creative Production Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Production Manager to head our video production team. This leadership role is perfect for someone who not only has a deep passion for video production, including live streaming, video editing, and photography, but also excels in managing and inspiring a team. The successful candidate will bring creative vision to life and play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s presence both online and offline. If you are driven to innovate, lead, and push the boundaries of video production, you are the ideal candidate for this position.

Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management : Direct and lead a team of videographers, setting clear goals, managing project flows, and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Video Production Excellence : Oversee the planning, shooting, and editing of video content according to creative briefs and project requirements. Content types include promotional videos, live event coverage, interviews, and more.

Live Streaming Expertise : Lead the setup and management of live streaming sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of broadcasting technologies and platforms for high-quality delivery.

Ad Editing / Marketing Integration : Spearhead the creation of engaging video advertisements suitable for various digital platforms, working closely with the marketing team to align video content with strategic marketing goals.

Photography Oversight : Oversee the capture and editing of high-quality photographs for marketing materials, events, and corporate needs, managing all aspects of photo editing and storage.

Strategic Collaboration and Reporting : Report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate with marketing and creative teams, as well as external contractors, to ensure consistency and quality across all media outputs.

Professional Development and Innovation : Stay abreast of industry trends, software, and technologies; actively seek opportunities to enhance team skills and the creative capabilities of the department.

Qualifications :

Proven Leadership : Demonstrated experience leading a video production team with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video production and photography skills.

Advanced Technical Proficiency : Expertise in live streaming technology and platforms, coupled with a thorough understanding of video and photo editing software (e.g. Vimeo, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop).

Marketing and Advertising : Experience in digital advertising and marketing, particularly in video editing for promotional campaigns.

Exceptional Organizational Skills : Excellent at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team, with a capacity for problem-solving in real-time and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
