The Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. Prep Cook must be energetic, hardworking, flexible and possess a keen eye for detail. Our Prep Cooks are responsible for producing high quality and consistent menu items that meet the radically different and radically better expectations of our loyal customer base including but not limited to following a prep list created by your Kitchen Manager, properly labeling and storing items, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Our Prep Cooks play an integral role in the customer experience by supporting the culinary team in a variety of ways. Time management is a must. The Prep Cook is expected to learn and adhere to safety protocols as well as learn to use various kitchen tools.
The hours for this position are 2pm-10pm.
Requirements : Responsibilities
- Assist with food prep and similar tasks as assigned by Chef.
- Use various commercial grade kitchen appliances in a safe manner, including but not limited to blenders and knives.
- Clean as you go mentality.
- Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards.
- Adhere to the Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. employee handbook and Martha’s Book of Rules at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
