Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned operational leader to helm our restaurant franchisor, comprising over 100 units. This individual will oversee a corporate/franchisor team of approximately 10 people, supporting franchisees and expanding the network.
The role also entails overseeing our single corporate restaurant, with an experienced manager in place requiring minimal day-to-day involvement from the CEO. The ideal candidate should possess high IQ and EQ, be low-ego, scrappy, comfortable taking ownership, and have an interest in small business operations.
While experience in restaurants or franchising is advantageous, we welcome exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds, leveraging our existing team's institutional knowledge.

Location: Based on the west coast (CA ideally), with frequent travel (~1 week per month) to our office (in CA) and franchise store locations (all in the western US).
