About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead a corporate/franchisor team of around 10 people, primarily supporting franchisees and expanding our unit count. As an experienced operational leader, you'll oversee the management of one corporate restaurant, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You'll need to be a strategic thinker, with excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of small business operations.

Benefits
This role offers competitive cash compensation, including base salary and bonus, as well as a management incentive plan (profits interest). While the job is remote, you must be based on the west coast (CA ideally) and willing to travel ~1 week per month for office meetings and franchise store visits.
