What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Teacher position at Wonder Garden Neighborhood Preschool?
Job Overview
I am seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join my little team.
Wonder Garden Neighborhood Preschool is a small preschool that is ran out of my home. My program is certified through the state as a Certified Family Childcare.
It currently is an academic year program with three weeks of summer camps that take place in July. It is possible that this may change or evolve as the program grows.
The goal for my program is to provide quality early education with a low ratio in a neighborhood/family setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children as well as supporting their connection to the natural world. This role involves collaborating with myself to create and implement engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the overall welfare of each child in our care. This person will play a vital role in the development of preschool-aged children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social growth.
Familiarity with child-led and Reggio philosophies is helpful but not required.
