What are the responsibilities and job description for the Park Services position at Wonder Oasis Waterpark LLC?
Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations and the direct supervision of the Aquatic Supervisor, the Park Services Staff will perform various duties at the facilities operated by WOW. This is to include, but not limited to, providing information to our guests, enforcing rules, customer service and any general park cleaning. This position is seasonal and requires early morning/late night, weekend and holiday work schedule availability.
Example of Duties:
• Diligently watch the buildings, deck and surrounding areas to prevent accidents and injuries to guests
• Ensure the health, safety and welfare of Park guests
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers on a regular basis
• Provide general facility information
• Perform required maintenance safety checks of all park equipment, and facility building
• Complete neat, concise and accurate written reports on all accidents and incidents as indicated
• Maintain training requirements and physical fitness required for employment
• Responsible for the cleanliness and general upkeep of the facility
• Respond to special requests, complaints and suggestions from facility guests in an effective and professional manner
• Ensure that all activities and operations are conducted in accordance with established procedures and policies
• Enforce rules, safety regulations and general facility rules for all guests
• Perform other duties as required
