WONDER is seeking an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to join our expanding team. This role is responsible for quoting, negotiating, and supporting our office and sales teams.

Duties
- Accurately enter data into web-based ordering sites without errors.
- Negotiate optimal pricing with vendors where applicable.
- Communicate with our sales reps and vendors to verify data and quote specialty pricing.
- Read sales orders and converting the technical order data into a purchase request with numerous vendors.
- Verify orders after they are placed to ensure accuracy.
- Update our ERP computer databases to communicate job status to other teammates.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills are a must (e.g. Microsoft 365 suite, file management, etc).
- QuickBooks Online and Salesforce experience a HUGE plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
