Schedule: Full-Time 8:00am-5:00pm
Qualifications
✓ High School Diploma
✓ Minimum age - 18 years old
✓ CPR certification or ability to obtain
Job Description
Provide a safe learning environment for children
Engage children in age-appropriate learning activities
Understand, comply, and work to exceed all regulations as directed by the state
Assist in preparing for all required inspections
Effectively communicate with parents and other staff
Maintain a safe, healthy, nurturing environment for children
Complete continuing education credits annually as required by the state
Continuously pursue 3-star standard for Tennessee Childcare Centers
Change diapers and assist in mealtime as age group requires
Other duties as assigned
