As a Fulfillment Lead:
You should be comfortable routinely performing numerous tasks throughout the shift as needed, making adjustments to help improve the team’s performance, as well as being motivated to produce great results consistently that meet or exceed expectations. The individual would support the Fulfillment Supervisor in multiple ways throughout the shift and must be flexible to shift from line to line as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Working Lead - Will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed by the company's SOP and customer service standards. Communicate orders per hour goals, provide updates to the team & manager on performance through the shift, identify/address/escalate challenges
- Attentive to detail, committed to quality, safety, and productivity
- Supports the team as a Subject Matter Expert for equipment issues, escalating any issues beyond their capabilities to resolve
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and leaders
- Strong customer focus, both internally and externally
- Make recommendations to management concerning improvements of procedures, processes, and software recommendations, and assist where needed.
- Assist in special projects, inventory, and audits as needed
- Leads by example
- Most importantly, a positive attitude!
Qualifications:
- Previous logistics and/or manufacturing experience is required
- Previous people leadership experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills are a must - preferred experience with Google Sheets, Shipstation, and/or NetSuite
- Independent, self-driven, and interested in personal development
- Capable of problem solving, identifying issues & implementing solutions to help achieve the production goals
- Proficient in English language, bilingual a plus

Logistics:
- This role is expected to work out of our facility at 2200 Chisholm Trail Road, Round Rock, TX, 5 days a week. Regular shift hours will be assigned, usually 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Occasional overtime hours are possible for peak season
