Role and Purpose at Wondercide:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily shipping and receiving tasks, ensure accuracy, and maintain the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility. What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection of goods.
- Verify and inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, or defects.
- Process shipping documentation such as invoices and packing lists.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams or customers as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean shipping and receiving area.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Support Operations by performing other duties as needed
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1-2 plus years of experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with shipping software, systems, and tools (e.g., FedEx, UPS, WorldShip, ShipStation, or freight carrier systems).
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Google Forms.. etc).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing shipments.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve shipping-related issues promptly.

Logistics:
- This full-time role is expected to work five days per week at our facility located at 2200 Chisholm Trail Rd, Round Rock TX 78681
- Regular shift hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Some overtime may be required
