Job Description
Recruitment Operations Support :
- Open new requisitions and enter candidates into the Applicant Tracking System SmartRecruiters (ATS)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a seamless interview experience.
- Prepare offer letters, confidentiality agreements, background, and reference checks.
- Prepare recruiting closeout documentation for new hire transition to Human Resources
- Assist in the development and documentation of recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices, supporting our global recruitment teams.

Qualifications
Pay range : $29.00 – $33.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
