Ready to level up your leadership skills while having a blast with school-age kids? Wonderspring is looking for an enthusiastic Site Supervisor to lead our seasonal team at the Hartranft Center! You'll kick things off by supporting our Aquatics Program, then transition into managing daily operations for our full-day Summer Camp and after-school programming, creating a safe, enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun.
The Aquatics Program runs May 23 through October 31, with Summer Camp operating June 30 through August 22, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and after school programming continuing Monday through Friday from 3:30 to 6:00 PM during the school year. This is a great opportunity for aspiring educational leaders to gain hands-on experience managing youth programs in a collaborative, supportive setting.

- Coordinate and supervise after school and summer camp programs, starting with the Aquatics Program.

Your Special Skills & Qualities
- Associate’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field with at least 18 ECE credits
- At least two years' experience in early childcare education (2,500 verified hours).
- Confident leading a team and mentoring staff while creating a collaborative, family-focused environment.
- Skilled in planning, organizing, and delivering developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
- Excellent communication skills for working with children, families, and coworkers.
