Join Our Team as a BCBA in ABA Therapy! Are you a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a supportive, collaborative work environment with a manageable caseload? We are seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team at Wonderway and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
Assisting with intake assessments and reports
Traveling to homes and clinic, providing in-person and remote direct supervision to patients receiving ABA therapy
Oversee a caseload of 6-10 patients
Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
Training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
Maintain clear communication with clients, families, RBTs, and Clinical Director to ensure client progress and satisfaction
Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
Complete any other tasks required for patient
Qualifications
Bachelor's (Required)License / Certification : BCBA certification (Required)
Ability to Commute : Alpharetta, GA 30004 (Required)
2 years experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
