Blueview Recovery is a substance abuse treatment center dedicated to providing high-quality care through Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs . We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee clinical services, ensure compliance with DDAP and Joint Commission standards , and support the professional development of our clinical team.
Job Summary :
The Clinical Director is responsible for leading clinical services, ensuring compliance, and supervising clinical staff while maintaining a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to treatment . This role requires a licensed professional in Pennsylvania with experience in behavioral health leadership, regulatory compliance, and an understanding of finances . The Clinical Director will also carry a small caseload, facilitate group therapy sessions, and provide clinical guidance to the team .
We are looking for a dedicated leader with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to support the success of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Oversight & Compliance : Ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment services , provide clinical supervision, and oversee compliance with DDAP and Joint Commission regulations. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training to maintain clinical excellence. Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to uphold program integrity, with an understanding in finances .
Patient Care & Support : Maintain a small caseload , facilitate group therapy sessions , and ensure patients receive appropriate clinical care. Provide guidance and support to the clinical team in managing complex cases.
Staff Development & Collaboration : Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations . Assist in hiring and onboarding clinical staff to build a strong and dedicated team.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Must be licensed in Pennsylvania to serve as a Clinical Director (e.g., LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) treatment , specifically in PHP and IOP programs .
- Strong knowledge of DDAP and Joint Commission compliance requirements.
- Experience in clinical leadership and team supervision .
- Ability to take on a small caseload and facilitate group therapy sessions .
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
