Job Summary :
The Executive Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical and operational teams while maintaining high standards of care. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in program development, admissions management, budgeting, marketing strategies, team building, and compliance .
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership :
- Direct and oversee all daily operations , ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Manage both the clinical and operational teams , fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations .
- Refine policies, procedures, and workflows to improve performance.
- Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes .
Clinical Oversight & Program Development :
Work closely with the clinical team to support and enhance treatment programs.Assist in program development and expansion , ensuring evidence-based practices.Monitor patient outcomes and program effectiveness , making improvements as needed.Ensure proper training, supervision, and support for staff.Admissions & Marketing Support :
Oversee the admissions process , ensuring efficiency and a positive patient experience.Monitor census growth and collaborate with the team to achieve admissions targets.Assist in developing marketing strategies , ensuring alignment with business goals.Support marketing efforts by reviewing outreach plans and identifying referral opportunities .Work with the team to strengthen relationships with referral sources and partners .Financial & Budget Management :
Oversee budgeting and financial planning , ensuring sustainability and growth.Oversee billing performance.Analyze financial performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth while maintaining quality care.Team Leadership & Development :
Recruit, train, and retain performing staff across all departments.Foster a positive, professional, and motivated work environment.Conduct staff meetings, performance evaluations, and leadership development initiatives .Promote teamwork and a patient-centered approach to care.Qualifications & Requirements :
3 years of leadership experience in SUD treatment center.Strong knowledge of PHP, IOP, and OP treatment models.Experience in program development, admissions growth, and operational strategy .Proven success in managing and scaling a SUD treatment center.Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and compliance requirements .Ability to assist with marketing strategies and referral development .Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Relevant certification in behavioral health, preferred
