Responsibilities:
- Monitor functionality of exhibits and facilities
- Climb, bend, kneel, stoop, stand, and efficiently walk to all areas of the attraction which includes varying heights and surfaces
- Troubleshoot and implement long-term corrective actions as needed in all areas of facilities and exhibits
- Complete general maintenance tasks including but not limited to painting int/ext walls/trim, replacing carpet tiles/cove base or other floor coverings, changing lightbulbs, plumbing, cleaning, and pressure washing
- Verifies training and certifies new and existing team members to safely operate all major exhibits
- Perform routine maintenance on exhibits according to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual checklists
- Accurately complete the opening and closing procedures of the attractions
- Conduct building walkthroughs, identify and correct safety and security discrepancies, technical malfunctions, and cosmetic needs with exhibits, facilities, and grounds
- Construct, assemble, install and/or modify backgrounds, showcases, partitions, walls, exhibits, graphics, etc. as directed
- Learn and effectively utilize the work order management system to complete assignments and reports on time
- Respond to radio calls to correct and repair concerns as needed
- Safely and quickly address all assignments brought up during General Manager/Manager walkthroughs
- Secure & monitor building during weather conditions
- Ensure safety and security of all exhibits as needed
- Help others as needed to maintain an exciting and dazzling experience for our team and guests!

- Observational skills to ensure safe practices and maintenance of equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and work independently within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions
- 3-5 years’ experience in the maintenance field
- Experience with troubleshooting, hydraulics, computers, mechanical equipment and facility maintenance
- Previous experience working on ride-control systems preferred
- Previous themed entertainment experienceis preferred
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, stoop, stand, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work on tasks at varying heights
