PURPOSE :
The Sr. Creative Designer is responsible for concepting and producing digital and print projects. As a member of the Product team, the Sr. Creative Designer creates assets to support efforts across the Wondr Health organization, including sales decks, presentations, emails, product graphics, landing pages, and program curriculum.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to provide innovative creative solutions.
- Concept design and execute print and digital assets for various teams.
- Lead creative projects from concept to completion.
- Translate complex business and curriculum content into easy-to-digest creative solutions.
- Work with the established Wondr Brand design system and guidelines.
- Act as a brand advocate to ensure all creative projects are on brand.
- Assist with regular brand guidelines updates.
- Provide on-set (or remote) direction for photoshoots.
- Provide feedback on creative assets created by internal video team and outside vendors.
- Assist in maintaining a database of images and graphics.

General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Work schedules vary. When working in the office, workstation areas have little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties.
