What are the responsibilities and job description for the MPI Associate position at Wondr Nation?
The Associate Program is a rotational program for new and recent college graduates that will allow candidates to explore various business functions within Wondr Nation. This program will develop interactive gaming expertise within the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and prepare Tribal Members for career opportunities with Wondr Nation or other iGaming or tech entities. After completion of successful rotations through all functional areas, the Associates will be placed in a permanent position that best matches the demonstrated skills and interests of the Associate.
Wondr Nation Associates will spend a set time in each functional area working on projects under the direction and supervision of the Wondr Nation subject matter experts.
Functional rotation areas will include (but may not be limited to):
• Interactive & Emerging Tech 101
• Project Management & Gaming Operations
• Business Analytics
• Responsible Gaming
• Marketing
• Loyalty Marketing
• Social & Casual Gaming
• eSports
The Associate will have hands-on experience in multiple functional areas. This role requires an Associates or Bachelor’s degree. Candidate should have an interest in emerging technology, written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) plus Google products (specifically Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive). Candidates should be self-starters, with the ability to work alone and stay on task; personable, with the ability to work well and collaboratively with others; and detail-oriented and well-organized. Candidate must have the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
