Overview : A Process Improvement Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements across an organization to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. This role involves using methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques to streamline operations and foster continuous improvement.

Security Clearance Requirements :
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS / SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
Responsibilities
Analyze Current Processes : Identify areas for improvement by analyzing existing business processes and workflows.
Implement Process Improvements : Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes are understood and adopted.
