Overview : Join a high-performing agile team using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to support a nationally significant and fast-paced cryptographic key management program. This program is critical to national security and offers a dynamic and impactful work environment. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate one large, complex agile team or several small agile teams as part of a larger Agile Release Train (ART). The selected candidate will ensure agile processes are followed, remove impediments, and foster high-performing team dynamics.

Security Clearance Requirements :
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS / SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate self-organizing teams to ensure progress against Program Increment commitments.
- Protect the team from scope creep during PI execution.
- Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers.
- Support and enforce Scrum processes and rules.
- Ensure the team understands and meets the Definition of Done.
- Coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and communicate status to management.
- Work with Product Owners to review and prioritize features.
- Lead and facilitate SAFe ceremonies.
- Develop User Stories with Product Owners.
- Maintain and generate information radiators.
- Collect and share team metrics, and develop improvements.
- Coach teams on agile and scrum principles.
- Observe team dynamics and coach for productivity improvements.
- Create a fun, sharing, and learning environment.
- Promote teamwork to achieve sprint goals.
- Lead teams towards agile maturity.
