Salary Range: $120,000 to $170,000

Salary ranges are based on minimum education and years of experience and may increase based on education and/or experience.

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with a government clearance to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, creating, testing, and maintaining websites and content that enrich and optimize the exchange of information and produce effective communications.

Security Clearance Requirements

This position requires all candidates to beU.S. Citizensandpossess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Design and develop visually-pleasing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation.

Interact with the team to gather and define requirements.

Analyze requirements to determine the most effective web technologies to satisfy needs.

Coordinate creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent site design.

Follow a formal design process adhering to laws, standards, and established guidelines.

Maintain a functioning user-accessible website.

Code websites using HTML, Visual Basic, or other web-based programming languages.

Support website planning and deployment.

Write and maintain technical documentation for website maintenance and upgrades.

Develop, test, maintain, and support high-performance, innovative web-based applications.

Troubleshoot software problems and provide solutions using the latest technologies.

Work with management and IT to determine specifications.

Use various internet technologies, techniques, and tools to create web page elements.

Integrate new web products with existing applications to improve functionality or design.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Eight (8) years experience as a WD in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

Four (4) years of additional WD experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Skills

Advanced proficiency in HTML, Visual Basic, Java, CGI, XML, and other web-based programming languages.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience with configuration management and maintaining technical documentation.
