RN/ICU/Full Time/Nights *** $20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS ***Delivers direct/indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment; prioritization of patient’s problems and needs; and development/implementation/evaluation of a nursing plan of care. Demonstrates critical thinking in the delivery of safe, quality, age specific care. Delegates effectively to appropriate team members. Documents accurately and in a timely manner. Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members. Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory and accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards. Care will be provided to patients of all ages from neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, and adult to geriatric, dependent on the department/unit.

Education and Work Experience
- Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current licensure to practice professional Nursing in the State of Ohio.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required or obtained within 6 months for Medical-Surgical (2E/2W); Intensive Care Unit (ICU); Birthing Center (OB and Nursery), Gynecology; Emergency Department (ED); Pain Management Center (PMC); Outpatient Treatment and Infusion Center (OPTIC); Surgery; Outpatient Surgery and Peri-Anesthesia Unit (OPS-PACU), Cardiac Rehab and Cardiovascular.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required or obtained within 6 months for 2 East, OPS/PACU, OPTIC, and the Emergency Department.
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required or obtained within 6 months for Family Birthing Center (OB and Nursery).
- Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred within 3 years of hire for ED.
- Specialty certification relevant to the department/unit preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience relevant to the unit/department.
