At Wood Designs we manufacture educational furniture, we are seeking a woodworker to join our team.
Responsibilities
· Set up, operate, and maintain woodworking machines like saws, sanders, edge bander and drill presses
· Use templates, spec sheets
· Sand, finish, and assemble pieces of wood
Skills and qualifications
· Creativity and design skills
· Attention to detail
· Knowledge of math
· Knowledge of building and construction
· Ability to work well with others
· Ability to work well with your hands
· Knowledge of manufacturing production and processes
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 75 lbs.
