Summary of the Role You Are Applying For:
As a Machine Operator, you will perform entry-level work under close supervision. You will set up and operate any assigned machine in the manufacturing process to help with the production of blades.

- Set up and operate any assigned machine in the manufacturing area
- Take the first part to the inspector to be approved
- Inspect own production frequently using proper gauges or measuring instruments
- Clean work area daily
- Train other employees
- Meet production goals
- Count parts accurately
- Stand 8-10 hours each daily
- Lift 50 lbs to waist
- Ability to retain learned knowledge
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
- Assemble manufactured parts
- Pack assembled parts
- Perform other assigned work per instructions
