We currently have an opening for a Part-Time Receptionist in our Mesa office. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a highly respected engineering firm in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and ensure a warm, professional reception experience.
- Maintain organization in the office, including managing supplies and cleanliness.
- Conference room/kitchen set-up and clean-up for office events.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Assist with any additional tasks assigned to support office operations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Friendly, professional demeanor, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to lift 30 pounds
