The Grounds Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities at Wood PLC. This includes operating jackhammers and drills to break up concrete or pavement, positioning and joining structural components, and shoveling cement into portable mixers. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in site development and construction and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities
Smooth and finish freshly poured cement or concrete using floats, trowels, screeds, or powered cement finishing tools. Tend to pumps, compressors, and generators to provide power for tools, machinery, and equipment, or to heat and move materials such as asphalt.
